This week we’re taking a swing (pun intended) at a theme we haven’t covered yet—golf! I’ve always wanted to pick up golf. Mainly so I have an excuse to be away from responsibilities and household chores for 5 hours on a weekday. So, if you would like to practice saying, “sorry honey, I’m going golfing today,” then read below to plan your epic day surrounded by a tee time. First stop, Swing Time at Dairy Creek! This establishment is great for all ages, all levels, and allows you to just have fun regardless of your skill level. After your golf session, grab lunch at Marcerro at Dairy Creek Golf Course. After lunch, cruise over to the Botanical Gardens to walk it off and enjoy the greenery. Last stop, Woods Humane Society to pet all the adorable adoptable cats and dogs and to learn about volunteer opportunities. Even if you never perfect your swing, you’ll still nail the art of being gone for hours. 😉
