Happy Friday, Friends and Family!
Halloween is creeping up and we LOVE the festivities and costumes surrounding this fun day. Usually one of our toddlers assigns our costumes, so we’ll be sure to share a photo of our trick-or-treat outfits when they have been decided on. Outside of costume wearing, there is no shortage of festive fun around the Central Coast this week. Take a chance and brave The Haunt in Atascadero, catch a scary movie at the Palms Theater downtown, sip a pumpkin latte (made with real pumpkin…I know, sounds a bit weird but apparently it’s delicious) out in the garden at Linnaea’s Coffee Shop, and don’t forget to pick out the perfect pumpkin to carve your jack-o-latern from SLO Ranch Farms!
Have a fun, spooky weekend! And if you ever need help finding a new home (hopefully not a haunted one!) don’t ever hesitate to reach out!
Love,
The Weber Team

“The Haunt in Atascadero is a constantly changing, fully immersive, interactive experience based on Halloween themes. This scare experience differs from traditional haunted houses due to the intimate, personal, horrifying experiences.
At The Haunt, only small groups are allowed through the doors simultaneously. You don’t know what’s in front or behind you. It’s developed with highly realistic situations for the best of scares. “
“The Palm Theatre is an independently-owned and operated movie theatre which showcases a variety of independent, foreign, arthouse, and mainstream cinema.“
“In 2008, Linnaea sold the café to her longtime manager, Marianne Orme, who continued to expand the bakery and events program. After a number of important renovations conducted by Kim and Eric Boege, the cafe was passed to husband-wife duo Alex and Rusty Quirk in 2023. Rusty, a Cal Poly Graduate and Michelin Guide-recognized pastry chef, and Alex, a SLO-local musician and event producer, have dedicated themselves to restoring Linnaea’s as the eclectic and welcoming center of San Luis Obispo’s coffee house culture. Linnaea’s remains a popular showcase for rising local artists and host to a variety of musical performances, poetry readings, art installations, jazz jams, and other events.”
“Unleash your inner showgirl in this fun Halloween-inspired burlesque workshop with Miss Belle Voilé! Learn struts, shimmies, glove peels, and a spooky routine—plus take home your own glamorous gloves. Open to all levels.”
“25+ Vintage & Handmade vendors, Taqueria Don Jose for brekky burritos and Agua Frescas, Wendy White’s Bakery for takeaway Cinnamon Rolls (and more). Music and cold ones by neighboring businesses Traffic Records and Decades Hifi Lounge. The Third Sunday of the Month, 10-2 in the back lot behind the shops on Traffic Way”
