I contacted the Weber team in December 2024 to go see a home for sale. Summer and Karina met me at the property and explained the BRBC agreement. They specified it for one address and one day only, which was an ideal low-pressure way to kick off my home search and decide if I wanted to continue. I let them know that I was looking for something specific and willing to wait for the right property. We discussed my search criteria, and they provided info for lenders so I could get pre-approved.

One of the earliest properties we considered was looking like it would be a multi-offer situation, so we spoke about how to win the home and what the financing would look like. It would've been a great match, but I found a couple issues that caused me to not submit an offer. It was a good learning experience. My goals were fully supported and I did not feel pressured to offer on a home I didn't truly want.

On a few occasions, we looked at homes that were slightly or significantly over my budget. I considered my options (such as renting out a bedroom) but ultimately chose to keep my budget the same as where it started. I always appreciated when they identified opportunities and honored my requests for home viewings.

They were able to provide guidance and recommendations at every step, but I always remained in control and made the decisions. While under contract on a home I ultimately didn't purchase, I was able to rely on them to get estimates from a few contractors while I was out of town.

After many months, the ideal opportunity came along and we were ready to go. Karina and I prepared and submitted the offer and it was accepted. It took a little less than three weeks between offer submission and closing. Their recommended lender was well-prepared and got my financing done ahead of schedule.

Throughout 2025, I was also able to briefly meet with Sarah, Summer, and Caroline while they hosted open houses, so it was nice to observe three of the team members working in the role of listing agents as well. Although my search lasted for about 10 months, they were always optimistic that the right opportunity would come along. And in the end, everything went according to plan.

Summer had been helping for a while as we decided exactly what we were looking for. She showed us a lot of options before we found the right home for us. Their handyman was able to clean up and improve the property's exterior landscaping. Caroline, Karina and Summer obtained painting pricing quotes for the exterior of the home and surrounding decks; made the paint selection and continually monitored the painting schedule and work to be done. One of their contractors was able to stage the property which greatly enhanced its selling potential.

Their level of responsiveness and expertise is second to none. Sarah is a true professional always available in provide sage advice. Karina is always available for follow-up questions or resolving issues. Summer and Caroline addressed key issues. Tanya is a Docusign guru-always providing timely services.
