Sarah and Summer were the ideal Realtors to work with through this process! The combined knowledge and initiative between the two of them is stunning - not to mention, they have great personalities and we loved spending time with them! They completely guided and took care of us throughout the process of buying our home from start to finish. They helped us make an excellent offer that was accepted on the first try - and it was our first offer! We are amazed at how painless and smooth the whole process was. The benefit of having two Realtors working together also cannot be understated! They also helped us with recommendations for a mortgage broker (who got us an amazing rate), and set up each and every appointment we ever needed to make during the process, including all the inspectors, roof guy, designer, flooring person, windows - everything! We just had to show up at the agreed-upon times and everything else was taken care of for us. We cannot be happier that we were connected with the Weber Team for our home purchase. We would recommend them without hesitation!

What can I say besides excellent! Summer knew exactly what we were looking for and dropped me a message one day that our dream home was on the market. We couldn't believe it. Although we weren't expecting it to come at that moment and things had to move very quickly, we felt like we were always put first. Despite the fast pace of things we never felt pressured. That's huge! I hate the feeling of being pushed into something I'm unsure or unprepared for. But I do appreciate a knowledgeable team behind me who can direct me where and when! And that's what Sarah and Summer were for us. This team is quite the dynamic duo. Experience, knowledge, brains, braun, confidence, honesty, that go get 'em attitude and big old hearts perfect combo! Because there are two of them a call never went unanswered and every question or concern was addressed on the spot. They know the ins and outs and find ways to make things happen. And they're on it! Ask and you shall receive! It's a must and so reassuring to have faith in your realtors. These are life changing deals and you've got to have a strong team behind you that's what these women are. Not only did they help us with everything before and during the sale (found us a great loan guy, inspections, explanations, met for appointments at the house when we couldn't be there, accommodated getting us in when we needed/wanted, etc), but they helped out big time after as well when it came to finding people for pest control, repairs, carpet, etc. (all things we expected and knew we were going to take care of from the beginning-no surprises!). And they're still there if we ever have a question or need anything. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and this community needs more like you! Or they all just need to use your team for their realty needs! Highly recommend!

There aren't enough stars on Yelp to reflect how wonderful of an agent (and human) Sarah is! Sarah was not just our realtor but more like our guiding light, our turn by turn navigation and a crucial part through the maze that is leaving the Bay Area to buy in beautiful SLO. A couple key points that put her in a league of her own. 1) Flexible and Reliable - We live in Mountain View, moving down to SLO. Makes it hard for any real estate agent not Sarah! With our hectic schedules, we could only trek down certain weekends (most times with maybe a day or two notice to her.) She was available, always! She was incredibly responsive in her emails, messaged us via text any questions and met us every time when needed. 2) Experienced and Knowledgeable - You don't realize how important this is until you're thrown into a field you know nothing about! Sarah is so well versed and immersed (kudos on my rhyming skills) in the SLO Real Estate Market that you could literally say a street name and a plant description and she could tell you the address of that house. No joke! This girl knows her stuff! In fact, how we ended up finding our dream home was her going out of her way and printing out a handful of listings that she thought we'd like; in case we didn't like the house we were making the trek for. Well, she was right! We ended up with a completely different house, in every regard, and we're so lucky that she had the fore site to print out a few extra. 3) Upfront and Direct - Sarah is to the point and will provide her honest opinion - she is a bad ass, through and through! She does not sugar coat, she's real, the realest of real! Which, again, is something that is crucial in the business of buying houses and signing a commitment for the chunk of time and money you're committing to. She duplicates your vision entirely and if doesn't match perfectly, she handles it. She has such an eye for it! We appreciated all of her feedback, her questions, her directness so very much, more than I'll ever be able to express to her. 4) So much paper work - Heaps and heaps of documents! Sarah was instrumental in helping coordinate with our mortgage lender, title company, insurance, bird flying overhead committee, etc., all the paperwork, explained and signed in the order needed. She guided us when our eyes were cross eyed from small print, and could no longer look at more words. Many phone calls she had to endure explaining "how?" "why?" "what?" "where?". I'm hoping I won the Mega Million lotto draw last night, because, if so, Sarah can be my real estate agent for life! Because, truly, she really is the perfect agent!
