My fiancé and I can't say enough good things about the Weber Team! We tell everyone. Truly an effective and trustworthy all women team! We purchased our first home through them recently and they made the process seamless. They are quick to respond to any questions, provided a "cheat sheet" to help guide us through the process and they were very knowledgeable and clear. Escrow can be stressful, but they made it smooth and positive. They are detail oriented and they advocated for our requests. Karina especially, never lost sight of how exciting it is to buy a new home and made it really special for us. The follow-up for after closing with resources and such was also above and beyond. We had a very unconventional and peculiar start with the Weber team and from the very beginning they were responsive, attentive, supportive and so welcoming. They listened to all our wants and did their very best to provide many options for our house hunting needs. One of them was always available to answer questions or even show a home later in the evening. They used a very convenient house hunting app that helped us communicate efficiently about houses that were currently on the market or were up and coming. We were aggressive in our search and with their help we found our 'forever' home in just 14 days! We were well taken care of and it felt almost too easy, as if house hunting with friends. The Weber Team was incredible. They made selling our house easy for us. They took care of scheduling the repair work and staged the house beautifully. They communicated well and kept us up to date. They gave us sound advise when we needed some guidance. We did not have to do much of anything to make it happen. I did not know real estate agents like this existed. Needless to say, I highly recommend them if you want to sell/buy a home.

To start, the listing looked perfect! The photos and the description were exactly how I imagined. They also did so much research and due diligence. They spoke with neighbors, worked with multiple escrow companies, and did tons of research. My properties were not easy, lol.

It's a long story, but to sum it up, I asked them to sell 2 tax lien auction properties. If that wasn't already complicated enough, we were also surprised with a federal tax lien when we did the prelim. We even had to work with the US Attorney's Office to make the transaction work. Also, just to further stress out Caroline and the Weber Team more, I requested they represent me as a buyer on another property hundreds of miles away.

I made a trip to the area, and Summer showed us the available properties that fit our criteria and we put an offer on the perfect place that day.
